TRAINING COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Validity of quotations

All quotations will be valid for a period of 30 days.

2. Course Bookings

Completion of online booking forms does not guarantee attendance. A booking is only complete once payment has been received, and payment terms have been met. Once payment has been received a booking confirmation will be sent.

3. Payment Terms

Payment needs to be made within 7 working days from the date of the invoice or at least 10 working days prior to the commencement date of the training, whichever is sooner. Failure to comply with the payment terms will result in automatic cancelation of the booking. A new booking will have to be made for a future date.

• EFT
• Credit Card (POP required)
• Purchase Order to secure booking – payment MUST be made within the agreed payment term period.

The delegate is responsible for ensuring the BEE Chamber is notified via the booking form if a Purchase Order or Vendor Application is required before payment can be authorised by the delegate’s company.

4. Non-attendance of paid booking

Notification of non-attendance must be made in writing 5 days prior to the scheduled course with the reason for non-attendance to bridget@bee.co.za subject to discretion of the COO.

• Details of the next available date for the course will be communicated to the delegate to allow for a reschedule
• Any credit for a course will be kept only until the next date of the similar course whereafter it will expire
• No refund will be payable for non-attendance

5. Substitution for a booking

If a delegate is unable to attend and wishes to send a substitute, written notification must be provided 7 days prior to the scheduled course to bridget@bee.co.za.

6. General

BEE Chamber reserves the right to cancel the course, change course location, change the instructors, or change the course content. Should the BEE Chamber need to cancel the course, the delegate will be notified 5 days prior to the commencement of the course.

7. VAT

All course fees are subject to VAT.
