The Amended B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice have brought with them the increased potential risks of B-BBEE Fronting. The signing of affidavits by the Commissioner of Oaths does not exonerate you from implementing controls to prevent and protect your organisation from Fronting risks.

Weak or a lapse of due diligence procedures exposes corporates to governance risks. The Fronting risk could not only damage the hard earned reputational image of your organisation and goodwill but could also have material adverse financial implications to your organisation.

THIS SESSION WILL INCLUDE:
  1. Obligations to reduce and manage the potential fronting risk.
  2. The legislative framework.
  3. What is B-BBEE fronting?
  4. The inherent risk of fronting in Ownership structures.
  5. What are the potential consequences of being found to be fronting?
