This workshop offers not just understanding, but a practical roadmap to implementation. You’ll gain the tools to revise your Employment Equity Plan, navigate the reporting framework, and prepare for the Certificate of Compliance.

What’s Changing — and What It Means for You
The Employment Equity Amendment Act and its accompanying regulations have introduced clearly defined, sector-specific demographic targets — and businesses above the 50-employee threshold are now expected to adjust accordingly.

This 2-day workshop offers a practical, executive-level understanding of how these regulations will be applied, enhance your understanding of how to incorporate Sectoral Targets into your Employment Equity Plan, rebuild plans to align to the new reporting requirements and give practical advice on how to track implementation against your plan going forward.

The Facilitator will further explain how the Certificate of Compliance will be assessed and what the possible impact of non-compliance will be on your organization.

We go beyond summarising the changes.
Day 1: Unpack the legislative changes, obligations and implications of non-compliance.

Day 2: Learn how to approach changed planning and reporting requirements in a structured manner through practical workshop that shows delegates a step-by-step method to updating their Employment Equity plans.
