Position Overview

Are you a brilliant Field Sales agent?

Are you looking for a base salary field sales position with strong commission earning potential?

If yes then this is the position for you…

You must have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to people. Field Sales experience is an absolute must. You must be trained and have a strong grasp of sales technique and sales process. You will be selling product and services to new potential clients as well as managing existing client relationships. You will be working with Sales Assistants who will help to secure and manage your meetings while you focus on client needs.

Work Times: 08h30 – 17h00

Salary Structure: Base Salary + Commission + Travel
Requirements: You must have your own transport


  • Management and tracking of target achievement
  • Qualify and attend all sales appointments
  • Match client needs to company product suite
  • Proposal drafting and sales administration
  • Follow up and secure signed proposals
  • Client relationship management
  • Stats management and reporting



  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience with field sales as main focus
  • Proven track record of sales achievements
  • Business Development Management experience
  • CRM software experience
  • Basic knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice or the B-BBEE Industry is recommended



  • Strong trained sales skills is a must
  • Strong ability to Close
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group such as executives, managers, subject matter experts
  • Ability to deal with stress and work under pressure and against deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations and programs
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
  • Strong negotiation skills
