Proposal Manager

Job description:

The Proposal Manager is responsible for the preparation of all proposals, from receiving the proposal request
through to sending it to the Client. The proposal must be of high quality with attention to details and be
prepared within the required time-frames to comply with internal and Client requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Proposal Manager is responsible for the following:

» Generate sales proposals and send to Clients within defined timeframes
»  Process signed proposals through to the Delivery Department
»  Draft ED/SED Proposals and Agreements
»  Process signed ED/SED Agreements through to Delivery Department
»  Receive and process budget extension requests from Delivery Department
»  Process signed budget extension requests through to Delivery Department
»  Collate Sales Division pipeline statistics for reporting to the Head of Sales daily
»  Process mileage claims of all Johannesburg based CAMs
»  Process leads onto Salesforce as they are received from various internal channels
»  Ensure that CAM’s action the sales leads within defined timeframes
